Assign vouchers to an agent

Move a specific batch or quantity into the agent stock record.

Issue stock

  1. Open the agent record or the voucher issuance panel.
  2. Select Assign Vouchers, Issue Stock or Generate Agent Vouchers.
  3. Choose the agent.
  4. Confirm the selling location.
  5. Choose the package and quantity.
  6. Review the total stock value and expected commission.
  7. Confirm the assignment once.
  8. Download or print the agent voucher PDF.
  9. Give the agent the matching physical or digital vouchers.
  10. Open the accountability report and confirm the quantity appears under Assigned and Available.
