Complete profile, contacts and branding

Set the information customers see on the portal, vouchers and support messages.

Complete business settings

  1. Open Settings from the dashboard.
  2. Enter the legal or trading name and the primary operating location.
  3. Add the support phone number customers can call or message.
  4. Add the support email address and confirm it can receive mail.
  5. Upload the approved business logo where custom branding is available.
  6. Choose the preferred blue, green or gold accent and save.
  7. Choose Light or Dark mode for the current device and save.
  8. Reload the page and confirm the logo, colour and mode remain saved.
