Daily opening and closing checklist

A short repeatable routine for reliable hotspot operations.

Opening checks

  1. Confirm every operating router is online.
  2. Confirm RADIUS and payment gateways show no active failure.
  3. Open the customer portal from one test phone.
  4. Check available voucher stock and expiring batches.
  5. Check pending withdrawals and unresolved support tickets.
  6. Confirm agents have the correct stock for the day.

Closing checks

  1. Review the day sales and successful payment count.
  2. Review voucher redemptions and agent cash due.
  3. Review failed payments, reversals and unusual session activity.
  4. Confirm wallet movement and completed withdrawals.
  5. Export or save the daily report.
  6. Record offline routers and unresolved exceptions for follow-up.
