Monitor customers and active sessions

See who is online, inspect package state and disconnect access when required.

Check a customer session

  1. Open Sessions or Customers.
  2. Filter by router, site, phone, MAC address or status.
  3. Open the customer or session detail.
  4. Check package name, start time, expiry, data use and device details.
  5. Confirm the session is linked to the correct payment or voucher.
  6. Use Disconnect or Revoke only when access must end immediately.
  7. Refresh and confirm the router no longer reports the session as active.
