Preview, download and print vouchers

Produce the correct PDF and keep the batch traceable.

Download the printable PDF

  1. Open the newly created batch.
  2. Select Preview PDF.
  3. Check the business name, package, price, duration, code and QR on several vouchers.
  4. Check the assigned agent and location when the batch belongs to an agent.
  5. Download the PDF.
  6. Save it with the generated batch name.
  7. Print one test page before printing the full batch.
  8. Scan one QR while connected to the hotspot and confirm the correct code is submitted.

After a QR routing update

  1. Do not delete or regenerate the voucher batch.
  2. Open the same existing batch after the new deployment.
  3. Download the PDF again so its printed QR contains the current local hotspot route.
  4. Replace old printed copies that still contain an obsolete public URL.
