Add staff users and control access

Give each staff member only the permissions needed for their work.

Create a staff user

  1. Open Users or Team.
  2. Select Add User or Invite User.
  3. Enter the staff member name, email and phone.
  4. Choose the correct business workspace.
  5. Assign the smallest suitable role or permission set.
  6. Send the invitation.
  7. Ask the staff member to create a private password.
  8. Sign in with the new account during testing and confirm restricted areas are hidden.
